Interpol Tour 2026
Interpol tour 2026 announced: Starting in April, Interpol will embark on a long tour that will take them to perform in the United States, the United Kingdom and Europe.
Interpol’s first tour in two years starts with a 19-date tour of North America. They will perform in Dallas, San Diego, Denver, Chicago, Boston and Brooklyn before moving to Los Angeles to perform at the Just Like Heaven festival. Tycho and Matthew Dear will be opening for the US tour, while Dry Cleaning will be opening for Interpol on May 28 in Mexico City.
This year should be momentous for Interpol. This year they celebrate the 20th anniversary of their debut album Turn On the Bright Lights, featured prominently in the new documentary Meet Me in the Bathroom (read the review) and have just finished working on their seventh album with producers Flood and Alan Moulder at Battery Studios in London. (Their last album was Marauder, 2018). Matador Records states: "New music coming soon". While we wait to see what happens, you can see a brief montage of the band in the studio below, which includes just one track of the new music.
We are likely to see new music from Interpol when its newly announced US tour begins in Dallas on April 25 and concludes with the Just Like Heaven festival in Los Angeles on May 21. Most shows are with Tycho and Matthew Dear. In addition to major cities in the United States, they will also play in Mexico and the United Kingdom and in Europe as part of the Primavera Sound Festival in Barcelona.
Interpol 2026 tickets for the full tour will be on sale to the general public on Friday, January 28 at 10 am local time.
